DAMAGE REPORT 

Up to 10 days from the time the shipment was received to report any damage.

REFUNDS - RETURNS

Up to 30 days from the time the shipment has been received to initiate a refund.  Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs with tracking recommended as insurance of it's arrival back . Once the item is returned unused and undamaged along with original tags and packaging, a refund will be issued in the amount of the product. Shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable.

Please note that refunds, once items have been returned to Out of Bounds Sports-Web , may take up to 15 business days to register with your bank.

EXCHANGES 

Please follow return instructions as exchanges will be treated as a return. Once items have been returned to Out of Bounds Sports Web warehouse  a refund will be issued. Please repurchase the item should you wish to reorder it in another size or team.

OTHER 

Any item purchased on www.oobsports.ca can be returned back to an Out of Bounds Sports retail location within 30 days and must be unused, undamaged, have original tags, and packaging and must be accompanied by a receipt. Out of Bounds Sports retail store will then issue an in-store credit or exchange only for the item(s) returned - no refund. Shipping costs for the original purchase are non-refundable.

Gift Cards ,socks are considered a final sale. Special ordered items along with jersey cresting also considered a final sale.  Jersey cresting not available at this time.
